Every Ship Show Co. hat is made to order just for you. No warehouse shelves, no mass production. Your hat gets printed, quality-checked, and shipped from our production facility in Canada.

Planning a gift? Order at least 2 weeks before you need it.
For Mother's Day (May 11), we recommend ordering by May 3rd at the latest. Earlier is better.

Where do the hats ship from?
Our hats are printed and shipped from Canada via USPS/postal service.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the US and Canada. International shipping is coming soon.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Since each hat is made to order, production time is fixed at 2-4 business days. Shipping speed depends on the carrier after that. The best move is to order early.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your hat leaves the production facility.
What if my order is a gift?
Hats ship in a plain poly mailer with no invoice or pricing visible. Perfect for gifts. Just make sure to use the recipient's shipping address at checkout.
I need hats for a group trip or bachelorette party. How early should I order?
For group orders, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your trip. Each hat is made individually, so give yourself extra buffer. Check out our Build Your Crew's Look page to pick matching styles.
